"Being an entrepreneur is about more than just starting a business or two, it is about having attitude and the drive to succeed in business. All successful Entrepreneurs have a similar way of thoughts and posses distinct personal qualities that make them successful in business."

    With such thoughts and passion Mr. Roshan Shah, CEO - Gloscon Solutions Inc. have started a social networking platform program for Entrepreneurs and new startups, All members are meeting twice in a month on alternative Saturday.Mr. Roshan Shah's company has also launched his own portal - www.gujaratstartups.com, single stop destination for a Gujarati from Gujarat or outside to start a business in Gujarat.

    Very true i am not an entrepreneur or running my own business, still i have formal invitation by Mr. Roshan Shah. Actually Me and Mr. Shah were together in the EDP program organized by TIE. at TIE me and Mr.Shah had some discussion on creativity and ideas, where i have propsed my ideas which i want to transform in the reality.

    I have also joined first meet of Gujaratstartups.There were about 20 entrepreneurs attended the event.

    Session was initiated by Mr. Shah, he introduced him self and other Core Team members.Core Team is very strong having young entrepreneurs running their own successful startups like Mr. Ankur Patel (Founder - Infotrex) Mr. Rushik Shah (Founder - AlakMalak),Mr. Neel Shah (Founder - spoxchange).

All Core team members and attende were keen to know each other, mean while Mr. Ankur Patel requested all members to give their introduction.Finally we have introduction of all and came to know that most of the entrepreneurs were from Tech Sector not only from India but also overseas.

Now Real Goal of the Meet started, Mr. Roshan Shah and Mr. Ankur Patel listed down some of the Meetup Guidelines, where every one was free to give their own suggestion. Mr. Shah explained importance and benefits of the Meet up. Meet up Guidelines are very impressive and interesting. Some of them are:

• Be respectful of others suggestions, inputs and be a good listener.
• No lateral hiring. No poaching from other companies.
• Keep secrecy of other's business ideas. Everyone has a passion to their idea and what is discussed in the group by and large should remain in group.

     One of the interesting discussion went when one of the Marketing Guy raised his opinion on "sharing business ideas". Discussion went long but finally core team able to convince him and he found it interesting.

iAccelerator founder "Freeman Murray" was also one of the attendee, he was looking very much promising in the whole meet.

Everybody were keen to meet new entrepreneurs face to face. About 30mins alloted for Business card exchange, every one was exchanging their business cards and business information.

    Mr. Shah announced to have some agenda for the next Meeting. Interesting decision was came to prepare 3-4 groups, each of this group suppose to represent one topic. in between Mr. Pranay Gupta (IIM-A Incubation and Entrepreneurship) shared his views on SMS API's. obviously this discussion was very interesting because most of attendee came from IT sector and discussion was also belonging to same sector.

    We are suppose to give a name to this Meet Up, some of the suggestion were gujmet, StartupsHub, innovateidea,etc. Yet to finalize the name.

    The Major goal of the Meet is every attendee should have some thing positive and fruitable on their plate.In the first meet i came to know Successful entrepreneurs should have an inner drive to succeed and grow their business, rather than having a only specialization degree or technical knowledge in a particular field.
