Employers can affiliate with colleges nationwide and search the resume database as well as post jobs for free.

In India, on an average 100,000 college students are looking for internships and/or entry level jobs every year. Colleges nationwide are not affiliated with employers that are looking for freshers. And hence are not able to support their students for placements. Employers on the other hand are not always ready to advertize jobs for Freshers. Students as a  result are the ones who go door to door looking for internships, industrial training or entry level jobs. Students inspite of this are not able to reach out to employers nationwide.
