Business Enterprise starts with a small dream. You are the person who have a dream to achieve something or to give something to the world. Each person is having a dream in their mind. When anyone has a dream, thay are willing to make it true. At such level the dream converts into a desire.

Desire is the starting point of the development. 

When desire has been fulfilled it results into a development. Development may be in the form of self development or organizational development or social development.
