Decisions Taken:
- In every meetup, we should have 1 member to present a case study and take up group discussion on that. People who want to present should intimate in advance to either Roshan Shah, Ankur Patel, Chirag Patel or Rushik Shah. One of them will be asked to present. Others won't be intimated on who is presenting to maintain interest in group
- Workshops should continue and we will take up the second part of the business plan template
- Everyone will write up their "Company Description" in more structured way giving more thoughts to their venture and print 10 copies and circulate it to others in the next meetup to the members. In the following meetup, members will give back the copy to concerned entrepreneur with their notes.
- People should start using the portal for ongoing regular communications and asking questions..

Wonderful, I believe you have covered all the points. However to gain participation in next meeting we should have more interaction inbetween and share the ongoing developments for next meet.
One way is we can be in touch online for specific topics, if that can be structured.
Further I recommend change in timings of the meet, to make it more valueable should be kept in mornings, and not in weekends where we all are in state of relaxation after whole week workload, I am sure we all require review it and then change it.

We will take a poll to see if mornings are okay with others. Mornings are definitely much better as people are fresh and such activities globally are more successful in mornings.
