Gujaratstartups, Ahmedabad: The three-day property show is being organised at the Gujarat University's new convention centre located on the university road. This fair will primarily focus on the end users, by dedicating a major part of the exhibition to them. The USP of this fair are the affordable homes/properties ranging between Rs7 lakh to Rs40 lakh.

In the GIHED, plans for the property show is in its final stages which have almost been finalised. It will begin from September 11 and will have around 125 stalls. Developers from cities other than Ahmedabad and also from other states are expected to participate in the show.

More than 500 properties worth Rs2,500 crore to Rs3,000 crore will be displayed during the show; more emphasis will be given to residential schemes, said Gihed officials.

The show aims to provide a platform to buyers and developers for acquiring end-to-end property buying and selling solutions.
