Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

Position / Designation: Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer/Team Lead/Tech Lead

Desired Profile
Qualification: BE/MCA/MSc (IT)

Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible for Component Architecture, Detail designing, Integration of various code components for the module under development. Should be able to guide a team of about 2-3 people on technical aspects.

Skill set required:

Expertise of JAVA, Core Java, JSP, Servlet a must
Good knowledge of Mbean, MDB, JMS etc.
Knowledge of Middle Gen, ANT, would be an added advantage
Expertise in working with Jboss, Oracle AS 10g
Knowledge of other application servers like Web Logic etc. are preferred
Knowledge of Different J2EE Design patterns, Fusion Architecture, SOA would be added advantage.
Good presentation and communication

Minimum Experience 1 Yrs
Maximum Experience - 5 years
