Binary Mantra Systems (BMS) is a early stage Pune based software development organization founded by IITians and IT industry experts. BMS specialized in developing products and services in the Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Education, Telecom domains.

We are looking for a 5+ years of technical with solid technical experience in Asp.NET, WCF, Silverlight and LINQ technologies.

Position is based out of Pune. Compensation will carry a decent salary and equity/profit sharing combination.

Deep understanding of SDLC and Software Modelling

Knowledge of design patterns

Knowledge of implementing software architectures

Clear identification of deliverables (to both dev team and client)

Identify and Define interfaces, packages, subsystems, mechanisms, frameworks

Direct implementation and application testing, alpha-beta testing and application deployment

Knowledge of application, web and data server

High Analytical skills

On Time status reporting

Minimum 6 years of experience and 1 year experience as team lead

Leadership and Communication ability

Ability to manage team size of 5-6 developers

Able to express complex ideas simply

Proactive and goal-oriented Skills

Language : C# .net,

Scripting Language : VB Script, Java Script

Web Technologies : ASP.NET 3.5 XML, AJAX, WCF, LINQ, Silverlight

Web Server : IIS 5, IIS 6.

DBMS : SQL Server 2005, SQL 2008

Reporting Tool : Crystal Report

Testing : Unit Testing, Integration and system testing

Knowledge on the following will be appreciated OOPS concept, Quality Controls, S/W Engineering, RDBMS, Networking, Project presentation.

Microsoft Certification MCSD / MCAD Preferable
