The Purpose of the Role:
KPI is seeking a professional, dynamic, and results oriented individual who has a track record of developing and growing a IT consulting recruitment team by adding the highest quality of talent that can help KPI achieve its goals and take it to the next level(s) while harvesting a culture where all employees are keenly interested in continuous improvement and personal growth through education and total involvement, creating an environment of the highest level of enjoyment and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

ƒð To develop an internal hiring process for KPI¡¦s Recruiters and Account Managers.
ƒð Oversee an off-site Channel sales and/or Recruiting Manager who works at one of our remote sites.
ƒð Facilitate monthly conference calls with each client.
ƒð Provide written monthly reports to the CEO
ƒð To work with our entire recruitment and sales to identify and create quality benchmarks.
ƒð Oversee the overall placement process. To work with Marketing to develop Marketing Strategies to source physicians.
ƒð To work with KPI consultants and develop a recruiting strategy for onsite/offsite projects.
ƒð Manage Marketing budgets and niche marketing campaigns.
ƒð To oversee and further develop Client Relationships.
ƒð To oversee the Implementation of the Search Guarantee workflow chart for each client. To train the Recruiting Staff to coach consulting candidates on identifying their mission and vision beyond becoming a consultant, as well as helping define their values while making recommendations on what ¡§types¡¨ of positions will achieve their life¡¦s vision.
ƒð Track all candidates through third party resources, i.e. recruiting firms, job boards, and etc.
ƒð Plan personal and professional development strategies of meetings.
ƒð Staff Job Fairs, trade shows, and conferences to prospect candidates.

Experience and Skills:
ƒð Ability to incorporate positive change into an organization by developing a culture that is consistent with KPI¡¦s vision.
ƒð Knowledge in goal setting and forecasting
ƒð Highly strategic and resourceful to achieve results
ƒð Strong interpersonal skills
ƒð Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ƒð Familiar with application tracking software and managing several reports.
ƒð Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced results oriented organization.
ƒð Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
ƒð Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
ƒð Self motivation and work well with minimal supervision
ƒð Excellent organizational skills
ƒð Resourceful and strong networking abilities
ƒð College degree required, emphasis on healthcare administration
ƒð MHA or MBA a plus
ƒð 5+ years of healthcare experience; relations experience with direct physician contact is preferred.
