We are looking for goal oriented people that will continue to raise the bar of success at our company. Our pay is determined by what we produce. You need to have at least 1,00,000 in sales in order to justify your employment. Other team members will W2 more than 10,00,000 for their work. My team will help, assist, train, develop, and mentor you in becoming a well prepared, creative and ambitious recruiting professional.

I have been with KPI, Inc. for 3 years with having spent the prior 10 years within IT recruiting industry. I thought I knew what recruiting was all about until I came to KPI. Over the past 3 years I have learned from the best. Professional Recruiters and Managers who have spent the past 15, 20, 25+ years with the company. This isn't a hit or miss recruiting/sales position. This is a role where you will learn how develop, build and maintain business relationships for the years to come.
