Who Can Attend:

• All CEOs and Entrepreneurs in growth companies, especially CEOs and founders with less than 15 years running companies as a CEO
• Any CEO that has not grown a company from Rs0 to 25 crore in revenue (and wants to)
• Chief Operating Officers and General Managers
• Aspiring entrepreneurs (Min 1+ year experience in Management capacity or an Entrepreneurial graduate working exclusively on a new startup)

This event is not for recruiters and head hunters.What norms we follow and expect other members to follow:

• Be punctual
• try and present yourself 5 mins early
• Be respectful of others suggestions, inputs and be a good listener
• Provide constructive inputs that make the event worthwhile for everyone
• No lateral hiring. No poaching from other companies. Ideally, please inform other member if you have got a resume from a resource of a member firm. If you have not advertised in newspaper or job portal, it will be hard to convince the community of how you got the resume.
• Keep secrecy of other's business ideas. Everyone has a passion to their idea and what is discussed in the group by and large should remain in group.
