Gujaratstartups, RAJKOT: To give insights into the potential of computer-aided technology tools like CAD, CAM, RP and CAE and their application for developing future products, CII-LM Thapar Centre for Competitiveness for SMEs has organised a two-day national seminar cum exposition on "New Product Development Tools - PLM-CAD-RP-CAE" here on March 17 and 18.

For SMEs to sustain themselves, new product development tools require increasing focus with better quality, style and service. "This is a great opportunity for designers, engineers, production and manufacturing heads and people from academia in the city to learn about new product development, tools and techniques to enhance competitiveness," a CII official said adding, that it will provide immense learning, sharing and partnership opportunities. The seminar will be organised at The Grand Regency on Dhebar Road.
